Sponsor frequently asked questions
How many giveaways should I plan to bring?
While we recommend that sponsors who plan to host giveaways bring 7,500 units of product or food to FallFest, we understand that each sponsor is different. Feel free to reach out to [email protected] with any questions as we are happy to provide our insight to maximize the benefits for you and UNC students.
Also, FallFest is a green event and each sponsor is encouraged to think carefully about giveaways and materials distributed during the event.
Where do I send my logo for fallfest?
You can submit your organization or business’ high resolution logo through the sponsor registration form. If you are unable to upload your logo in the form, please email it to [email protected] no later than July 16, 2025.
Where do I find details about arrival and setup?
If your sponsorship package includes onsite event space your primary contact will receive information about arrival and setup at least one week out from the event.
What time is fallfest?
FallFest is Sunday, August 17th, 2025. It begins at 6:30 PM and ends at 10:00 PM.
